1. KEY DATES:

The Bahamas Beach Vacation contest (the “Contest”) begins on April 1, 2025 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on June 30, 2025 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).

During the Contest Period there will be thirteen (13) weekly periods (each, a “Weekly Period”); each Weekly Period corresponds to a draw (each a “Weekly Draw”) to a select one (1) potential Weekly Prize (defined below under Rule 7) winner, as outlined in the following table:

All eligible Grand Prize Entries (defined below under Rule 4) that are submitted during the Contest Period in accordance with these Rules (defined below under Rule 3) will be entered into a draw (the “Grand Prize Draw”) to select one (1) potential Grand Prize (defined below under Rule 7) winner in accordance with Rule 8 below.

2. ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER:

Contest is open only to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, representatives and agents of Dare Foods Limited, (the “Sponsor” and/or “Dare”), Mattel Canada Inc. (“Mattel”), and Island Hotel Company Limited (“Atlantis”) (Mattel and Atlantis are each referred to as a “Contest Partner” and collectively, the “Contest Partners”), and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies and any other individual(s), entity or entities involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfilment of the Contest (collectively, the “Contest Parties”) and immediate family members and those living in the same household of such persons (whether legally related or not) are not eligible to enter or win.

3. AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY RULES:

By participating in this Contest, you are signifying your agreement that you have read and agree to be legally bound by these Official Rules and Regulations (the “Rules”).

4. HOW TO ENTER:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You may earn entries as follows:

You may earn one (1) entry into the Weekly Draw (a “Standard Weekly Entry”) and one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Draw (a “Standard Grand Prize Entry”) by completing the following steps:
1. Visit www.WinBeachVacation.ca (the “Website”) during the Contest Period and follow the Website’s on-screen instructions to obtain the official Contest entry form (the “Entry Form”).
2. Fully complete the Entry Form with all required information which may include a requirement to: (i) enter your full name, mailing address, valid email address, mobile phone number, and date of birth; and, (ii) signify your agreement that you have read and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of these Rules.
3. OPTIONAL: You may also check the box(es) to indicate that you would like to sign-up to start receiving emails: (i) from the Sponsor with news about products, contests and coupons; (ii) from Mattel about its brands and programs; and/or (iii) from Atlantis about special offers, events and news.
  IMPORTANT NOTE: It is not necessary to opt-in to receive any of the foregoing communications in order to enter the Contest, and you can opt-out of receiving any or all of these communications at any time without impacting your chances of winning in this Contest.
4. Once you have fully completed the Entry Form as set out above, submit your completed Entry Form (by following the on-screen instructions) to receive one (1) Standard Weekly Entry and one (1) Standard Grand Prize Entry into the Contest.
You may also earn five (5) bonus entries into the Weekly Draw (each, a “Bonus Weekly Entry”) and five (5) bonus entries into the Grand Prize Draw (each, a “Bonus Grand Prize Entry”) when you refer one (1) personal friend or family member (each a “Friend” - subject to the Qualifying Criteria set out below) to the Contest, up to a maximum of three (3) Friends (in accordance with the limits set out below under Rule 5), by completing the following steps:
1. During the Contest Period visit the Website and follow the Website’s on-screen instructions to obtain the Contest referral form (the “Referral Form”).
2. Fully complete the Referral Form with all required information which will include a requirement to: (i) enter a Friend’s first and last name and email address; and, (ii) signify that each referred Friend meets the Qualifying Criteria set out below, and that you have received permission from the Friend to share their full name and email address with the Sponsor in relation to this Contest for the purpose of the Sponsor sending such Friend a one-time email informing them of and inviting them to join this Contest.
3. Once you have fully completed the Referral Form as set out above, submit your completed Referral Form (by following the on-screen instructions) to receive five (5) Bonus Weekly Entries and five (5) Bonus Grand Prize Entries into the Contest.
Qualifying Criteria for a Referral:
1. Each Friend that you refer to the Contest must be a legal resident of Canada who has reached the age of majority in his/her province/territory of residence at the time of referral. As an entrant into this Contest, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have received consent from each Friend to share his/her full name and email address with the Sponsor for the purpose of permitting the Sponsor to send a one-time email inviting your Friend to enter the Contest.
2. Each Friend must be either:
  - a “personal friend”, defined as an individual with whom you have direct voluntary two-way communications and with whom it is reasonable to conclude that you have a personal relationship considering sharing of interests, experiences, opinions and other relevant factors; or,
  - a “family member”, defined as an individual with whom you are related by marriage, common-law partnership or legal parent-child relationship and with whom you have direct voluntary two-way communication.
3. The Friends information that you provide to the Sponsor will not be added to any direct marketing list or used in any direct marketing programs without their consent. If you have any questions, please review the Sponsor’s privacy policy and the Contest Partners’ respective privacy policies (set out under Rule 11).
4. Friends may only be referred to the Contest once during the Contest Period by any entrant. If any Friend that you are referring to the Contest has already been referred to or otherwise entered the Contest, you will receive an alert within the Entry Form page that this Friend’s email address has already been submitted and to select an alternative Friend who has not been referred to or otherwise entered the Contest already.

All eligible Standard Weekly Entries and Bonus Weekly Entries (collectively referred to as “Weekly Entries” and individually, as a “Weekly Entry”) will be automatically allocated to a Weekly Draw based on the date on which the Weekly Entry is received (see table under Rule 1) and will be eligible to receive a Weekly Prize. Unselected Weekly Entries for a particular Weekly Draw are not eligible to participate in any subsequent Weekly Draw.

All eligible Standard Grand Prize Entries and Bonus Grand Prize Entries (collectively referred to as “Grand Prize Entries” and individually, as a “Grand Prize Entry”) will be eligible to receive the Grand Prize. Grand Prize Entries and Weekly Prize Entries are individually referred to as an “Entry” and collectively referred to as “Entries”.

To be eligible, your Entry must: (i) be submitted and received in accordance with these Rules during the Contest Period; (ii) be in compliance with all requirements noted above and any Website on-screen instructions provided; and (iii) otherwise be in accordance with these Rules, including, but not limited to, the specific entry limits and conditions listed below (all as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion). Standard data rates apply to participants who choose to participate in the Contest via a mobile device. Please contact your service provider for pricing and service plan information and rates before mobile device participation.

5. ENTRY LIMITS AND CONDITIONS:

There is a limit of one (1) Standard Grand Prize Entry and one (1) Standard Weekly Entry per person per day during the Contest Period and a limit of fifteen (15) Bonus Grand Prize Entries and fifteen (15) Bonus Weekly Entries per person during the Contest Period (for greater certainty, you may submit a fully completed Entry Form once per day and refer three (3) Friends to the Contest throughout the entire Contest Period). If it is discovered by the Sponsor (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by the Sponsor) that any person has attempted to: (i) exceed the limits set out above to obtain additional Entries above the prescribed limit (regardless of the method of entry and type of entry obtained); and/or (ii) use multiple names, multiple identities, multiple email addresses, any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s) and/or any other means not in keeping with the Sponsor’s interpretation of the letter and/or spirit of these Rules to enter or otherwise participate in or to disrupt this Contest; then he/she may be disqualified from the Contest in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor. By entering into the Contest, each entrant: (i) acknowledges and accepts that the Contest Parties and each of their respective agents, representatives, employees, directors, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for, and accept no liability whatsoever in relation to, any late, lost, misdirected, delayed, incomplete or incompatible Entries (all of which are void); and, (ii) releases the Released Parties from any and all claims, actions, damages and/or liability whatsoever in relation to this Contest, including without limitation, any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to the entrant or any other person, including personal injury, death, or property damage, arising out of, or in any way related to, directly or indirectly, the Contest, including without limitation, the entrant’s participation in the Contest, the awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any Contest Prize (or any portion thereof), and any travel or activity that is related to the receipt or use of any Contest Prize. An Entry may be rejected if, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, the Entry is not submitted and received in accordance with these Rules during the Contest Period.

6. VERIFICATION:

All Entries, Entry Forms and entrants are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor – including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual’s eligibility to participate in this Contest; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any Entry and/or other information entered (or purportedly entered) for the purposes of this Contest; and/or (iii) for any other reason the Sponsor deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Contest in accordance with the Sponsor’s interpretation of the letter and spirit of these Rules. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of the Sponsor within the timeline specified by the Sponsor may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor. The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of this Contest will be the official time-keeping device(s) of the Sponsor.

7. PRIZES:

There will be a total of fourteen (14) prizes (each, a “Prize”) available to be won, as follows:

Weekly Prizes: There will be thirteen (13) Weekly Prizes (each, a “Weekly Prize”) available to be won. Each Weekly Prize consists of: (i) one (1) Barbie® Dreamhouse™; (ii) five (5) cases of Bear Paws Cookies (12 boxes per case, ranging from 168g to 240g per box); and (iii) four (4) cases of Real Fruit Gummies (9 bags per case, 180g per bag). The approximate retail value of each Weekly Prize is $570 CAD.

The following general conditions apply to each Weekly Prize: (i) Weekly Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable and/or convertible to cash (except as may be specifically permitted by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); (ii) no substitutions are permitted, except at Sponsor’s option; (iii) Sponsor reserves the right at any time to: (a) place reasonable restrictions on the availability or use of the Weekly Prize or any component thereof; and (b) substitute the Weekly Prize or a component thereof for any reason with a prize or prize component(s) of equal or greater retail value, including, without limitation, at the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, a cash award; and (iv) Weekly Prize will be shipped on the last Friday of the month following the applicable Weekly Draw and will be delivered at no additional cost to the confirmed winner; any special delivery instructions, such as requiring a signature, will be communicated to the winner in advance.

There is a limit of one (1) Weekly Prize per eligible entrant. Entrants who are awarded a Weekly Prize remain eligible to win the Grand Prize.

Grand Prize: There will be one (1) Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize”) available to be won consisting of a Barbie® Dream Vacation to the Atlantis® Resort in the Bahamas for the confirmed winner and three (3) guests (each, a “Guest” – subject to the Guest Requirement below) and which includes: (i) round-trip air transportation (economy class) for the confirmed winner and Guests from the major Canadian airport closest to the winner’s place of residence to Nassau, Bahamas up to a maximum value of $5,500 CAD; (ii) five (5) nights accommodation for the confirmed winner and Guests in a two (2) bedroom Barbie® Suite at Atlantis®; (iii) $1,000 USD food and beverage credit to be used at the Atlantis® resort by the confirmed winner and/or Guests during the stay (food and beverage credit is subject to terms and conditions of the Atlantis® resort and may only be used towards select restaurants and purchases); (iv) one (1) day use of the Barbie® Cabana at the Atlantis® resort during the stay; and (v) round trip ground transportation for the confirmed winner and Guests to and from Nassau Airport to Atlantis® Resort. The Grand Prize is provided “AS-IS” and the Released Parties provide no warranty.

The confirmed winner and three (3) Guests must travel on the exact same itinerary and all travel must take place on the date or dates as specified by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion.

Grand Prize has a total approximate retail value of $20,000 CAD based on a Victoria, British Columbia departure example – although the actual retail value may vary depending on the point of departure. Under no circumstances whatsoever will any difference between the actual and approximate retail values be awarded. Choice of transportation and all other aspects of the Grand Prize are at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor. The Grand Prize has no cash value and is forfeited if not used by March 1, 2026. If the actual retail value of the Grand Prize turns out to be less than the approximate retail value, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Redemption of the Grand Prize by the Grand Prize winner and their Guests must be made in one trip, such that if the Grand Prize winner and their Guests do not use, consume or otherwise utilize any portion of the Grand Prize, no portion of the unused Grand Prize will be credited in any way (i.e. cash, credit to Atlantis or gift cards) to the Grand Prize winner or their Guests.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following general conditions apply to the Grand Prize: (i) Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable and/or convertible to cash (except as may be specifically permitted by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); (ii) no substitutions are permitted, except at Sponsor’s option; (iii) participation in the Grand Prize must occur within and/or on or before the date or dates specified by the Sponsor (otherwise the Grand Prize may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be forfeited in its entirety and, if forfeited, nothing will be substituted in its place); (iv) the confirmed Grand Prize winner and their Guests must have all necessary documentation (including, without limitation, valid passports and any other required travel documentation) to permit participation in the Grand Prize and must participate on the same itinerary; (v) all costs and expenses not specifically and expressly stated above as included in the Grand Prize are the sole and absolute responsibility of the confirmed Grand Prize winner and their Guests, including, without limitation: additional meals and drinks; gratuities; entertainment; health and travel insurance; transportation for confirmed Grand Prize winner and their Guests to and from the Canadian airport selected by the Sponsor; additional transportation; baggage and other fees; taxes; and items of a personal nature (NOTE: confirmed Grand Prize winner and/or their Guests will be required to present a valid major credit card in their name at the time of hotel check-in to cover any incidental expenses); (vi) if the confirmed Grand Prize winner and/or their Guests do not utilize any part(s) of the Grand Prize, then any such part(s) not utilized may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be forfeited in their entirety and, if forfeited, nothing will be substituted in their place; (vii) Sponsor reserves the right at any time to: (a) place reasonable restrictions on the availability or use of the Grand Prize or any component thereof; and (b) substitute the Grand Prize or a component thereof for any reason with a prize or prize component(s) of equal or greater retail value, (viii) all arrangements relating to the Grand Prize must be made through the Sponsor or its designated agents; and (ix) by accepting the Grand Prize, the confirmed Grand Prize winner agrees to waive all recourse against the Sponsor and all of the other Released Parties if the Grand Prize or a component thereof does not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part. Redemption of the Grand Prize involving Atlantis is subject to black out dates and availability, as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Atlantis.

Guest Requirement: The confirmed Grand Prize winner’s Guest(s) must sign (and, if the Guest is under the legal age of majority in the province or territory of residence, the Guest’s parent or legal guardian must sign) and return the Sponsor’s release (by the date indicated on the release form) indicating that they release the Sponsor and all of the other Released Parties from all liability for any injury, loss or damage (including without limitation, personal injury, death, or property damage) arising from their participation in the Grand Prize and waive all recourse against the Sponsor and all of the other Released Parties relating to their participation in the Grand Prize (including, without limitation, any travel or activity related thereto).

IMPORTANT NOTICE: During the guest registration process at the Atlantis® Resort, the Grand Prize winner and their Guests will be asked to sign a form agreeing to the following terms related to any claims they may have as a result of their stay at the Atlantis® Resort: I agree that any claim I may have against the Resort Parties resulting from any events occurring in The Bahamas shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, and further, irrevocably agree to the Supreme Court of The Bahamas as the exclusive venue for any such proceedings whatsoever. The foregoing shall apply to all persons accompanying me, and I represent that I have the authority to sign this document on their behalf. The “Resort Parties” are Island Hotel Company Limited, Brookfield Hospitality Properties LLC, BREF Bahamas, Ltd, Atlantis Holdings (Bahamas) Limited, Paradise Island Holdings Limited, Paradise Island Limited and Paradise Enterprises Limited, Residences at Atlantis Development Limited, Harborside at Atlantis Development Limited and Harborside at Atlantis Management Limited, along with their parent, related and affiliated companies at every tier, and the officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns of each of the foregoing entities.

The Grand Prize winner and their Guests are responsible for ensuring they meet the requirements of entry into The Bahamas, including, but not limited to, a valid passport, and complying with all local laws and regulations during their stay at the Atlantis® Resort.

It is strongly recommended and encouraged that the confirmed Grand Prize winner and their Guests obtain sufficient personal travel and medical insurance prior to departure. Transportation is subject to availability, blackout periods, government restrictions and regulations, and other transportation or carrier restrictions and regulations.

The Sponsor and the other Released Parties will not be responsible in the event that any portion of the Grand Prize is delayed, cancelled, postponed or rescheduled for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation, by reason of COVID-19.

IMPORTANT NOTE RE: COVID-19: In order to participate in the Grand Prize, the confirmed Grand Prize winner and their Guests will be required to strictly follow all then current COVID-19 protocols (including, but not limited to, correctly wearing a proper mask, hand sanitization, negative testing, proof of full COVID-19 vaccination status and social distancing, as applicable). Failure of the confirmed Grand Prize winner and/or their Guests to comply with these requirements may result in the inability to participate in the Prize (and may therefore result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, in which case nothing will be substituted in its place).

Neither the confirmed Grand Prize winner nor their Guests nor any other person or entity will be compensated in the event of any delay, cancellation or other event contemplated herein. The Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets. Changes to transportation, accommodations and or passenger names are not accepted once bookings have been confirmed.

The prizes are provided “AS-IS” and none of the Released Parties makes any representation or offers any warranty, express or implied, as to the quality or fitness of any Prize awarded in connection with the Contest. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each confirmed winner (and, for the Grand Prize, their Guests) understands and acknowledges that they may not seek reimbursement or pursue any legal or equitable remedy from either the Sponsor or any of the other Released Parties should their Prize fail to be fit for its purpose or is in any way unsatisfactory.

8. ELIGIBLE WINNER SELECTION PROCESS:

Weekly Prize Winner Selection: For each of the thirteen (13) Weekly Periods the Sponsor will perform a random draw on the corresponding Weekly Draw Date (see table above under Rule 1 for Weekly Periods and Weekly Draw Dates) in Seagrave, Ontario at approximately 2:00 p.m. ET to select one (1) eligible Weekly Prize winner from among all eligible Weekly Entries submitted and received during the applicable Weekly Period (for greater certainty, unselected Weekly Entries will NOT carry over into any subsequent Weekly Draw).

Grand Prize Winner Selection: On or about July 10, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. ET (the “Grand Prize Draw Date”) in Seagrave, Ontario, the Sponsor will perform a random draw to select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner, from among all eligible Grand Prize Entries submitted and received during the Contest Period in accordance with these Rules.

The odds of winning a Weekly Prize depend on the number of eligible Weekly Entries submitted and received during the applicable Weekly Period in accordance with these Rules. The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible Grand Prize Entries submitted and received during the Contest Period in accordance with these Rules.

9. ELIGIBLE WINNER NOTIFICATION PROCESS:

The Sponsor or its designated representative will make a minimum of three (3) attempts to contact the eligible winner by phone and/or email within ten (10) business days of each applicable Weekly Draw Date and the Grand Prize Draw Date. If the eligible winner cannot be contacted as outlined above, or if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable, or with respect to a Weekly Prize, if the selected entrant has already been awarded a Weekly Prize; then he/she may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit all rights to the Prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and time permitting, to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant for the Prize from among the remaining eligible Entries submitted and received in accordance with these Rules (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such newly selected eligible winner).

10. ELIGIBLE WINNER CONFIRMATION PROCESS:

NO ENTRANT IS A WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL THE SPONSOR OFFICIALLY CONFIRMS HIM/HER AS A WINNER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE RULES. Before being declared A CONFIRMED PRIZE winner, the eligible winner will be required to: (a) correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid (which may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be administered online, by email or other electronic means, by telephone, or in the Sponsor’s form of declaration and release); and (b) sign and return within five (5) business days of notification the Sponsor’s declaration and release form, which (among other things): (i) confirms compliance with these Rules; (ii) acknowledges acceptance of the Prize (as awarded); (iii) releases the Released Parties from any and all liability in connection with this Contest, his/her participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof; and (iv) agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of his/her name, city and province of residence, voice, statements about the Contest and/or photograph or other likeness, without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor in any manner or medium whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet. If the eligible winner: (a) fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question; (b) fails to return the properly executed Contest documents within the specified time; (c) cannot accept (or is unwilling to accept) the Prize (as awarded) for any reason; and/or (d) is determined to be in violation of these Rules; all as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, then he/she will be disqualified (and will forfeit all rights to the Prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and time permitting, to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant for the Prize from among the remaining eligible Entries submitted and received in accordance with these Rules (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such newly selected eligible winner).

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. The decisions of the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of this Contest are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal. ANYONE DEEMED BY THE SPONSOR TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THE SPONSOR’S INTERPRETATION OF THE LETTER AND/OR SPIRIT OF THESE RULES FOR ANY REASON IS SUBJECT TO DISQUALIFICATION IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE SPONSOR AT ANY TIME.

The Released Parties will not be liable for: (i) any failure of the Website or any other platform during the Contest; (ii) any technical malfunction or other problems of any nature whatsoever, including, without limitation, those relating to the telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software; (iii) the failure of any Entry and/or other information to be received, captured or recorded for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website; (iv) any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in the Contest; and/or (v) anyone being incorrectly and/or mistakenly identified as a winner or eligible winner.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to withdraw, amend or suspend this Contest (or to amend these Rules) in any way, in the event of any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that interferes with the proper conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these Rules, including, without limitation, any error, problem, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or failure of any kind whatsoever. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest in any way (as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, amend or suspend this Contest, or to amend these Rules, in any way without prior notice or obligation, in the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error of any kind, or for any other reason whatsoever. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to administer an alternate test of skill as it deems appropriate based on the circumstances and/or to comply with applicable law.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to adjust any of the dates, timeframes and/or other Contest mechanics stipulated in these Rules, to the extent deemed necessary by Sponsor, for purposes of verifying compliance by any entrant, Entry and/or other information with these Rules, or as a result of any technical or other problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of the Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, affect the proper administration of the Contest as contemplated in these Rules, or for any other reason.

Privacy Statement: By entering this Contest, each entrant expressly consents to the Sponsor, its agents and/or representatives, collecting, using, storing, sharing and disclosing their personal information submitted in connection with this Contest for the purpose of administering the Contest, conducting publicity relating to the Contest, and, only if the entrants opts in at the time of entry, to provide future email communications from the Sponsor with news about its products, contests and coupons. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, including, but not limited to, point of sale, television, print or online advertising and/or any instructions or interpretations of these Rules given by any representative of the Sponsor, the terms and conditions of these Rules shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules or the rights and obligations of participants, Sponsor or any of the other the Released Parties in connection with the Contest will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws.
Each entrant irrevocably consents, to the extent permitted by the applicable law, to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Ontario in any action to enforce (or otherwise relating to) these Rules or relating to this Contest, without resort to any form of class action.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta (Facebook); Instagram and Meta are completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Contest.
